If you’re calling to learn more about our beautiful apartments and would like leasing information, press 1.  If you’re a resident with a Property or Maintenance Emergency, press 2. , If you would like to leave a message for any member of our management staff, please press 3.  Thank you for calling our beautiful community at ……………..

 Maintenance Emergency Greeting # (10)

You have reached the maintenance emergency mailbox for…..If this emergency is life threatening, please hang up and dial 911.  If this emergency consist of fire, flood, no heat, no air-conditioning, no electricity, no water or a clogged toilet in a one-bedroom apartment   Please press 1.  (Please check all that apply)

q     Substitute own declaration of emergencies.  Please provide a list of considered emergencies.

 Declared Emergency Mailbox Greeting

Please leave your name, apartment number, phone number and the nature of your emergency.  Maintenance personnel will be notified and respond immediately. 

·       Our voicemail system can callout to any device:  Pager, Cell phone, Telephone, Fax Machine, Email Address

·       We can notify five numbers in any sequence you need. (ie. Call our pager 3 times every 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, if no response, call maintenance personnel’s cell phone.  Continue notification sequence)

 Leasing Option Greeting # (20)

This greeting is apartment specific. Include office hours, address, email addresses, web address, location in Apartment Guide, convenient location, bus route info, pricing info, available units, activities calendar, description of property, amenities and anything else that will make the caller want to stop by and check out your place.  (i.e. Garages, washer and dryer in units, Pets allowed, waterfalls, children play areas, computer room, etc.)
