HOW TO USE YOUR RESULTS LINE

To Start Your Service:

1.      Before entering your mailbox for the first time, think of a 4 to 10 digit passcode and a greeting your wish your callers to hear.

2.      Dial your mailbox number.  Your mailbox will ask you for the login digit.  Press the star (*)  key on your telephone keypad. Your mailbox will walk you through the tutorial program.  Follow the instructions to the end

3.      Once you press 3 to complete the tutorial, you are ready to begin adding accounts

NOTE:  DO NOT HANG UP UNTIL THE TUTORIAL SAYS “YOUR MAILBOX IS SETUP COMPLETELY AND IS NOW READY TO TAKE CALLS.”

Entering Your Mailbox;

1.      Dial your mailbox number.

Enter your passcode when prompted, this will bring you to the Main Menu where you can choose from the

 following options:

1.      Create or Change an Account

Enter the account number followed by the # key on your telephone

Ø      Press 1 to create it now or press nine to return to the previous menu

Ø      Account must contain 4-10 digits

Ø      Pass Code must contain 4-10 digits

Ø      Account & Passcode Numbers (i.e. Social Security Number, Telephone Number)

Created account options

2  - Record custom greeting

3 - Select pre-recorded greetings

5 - Delete account

                6 – Account History

            8 – Edit another account

            9 -  Return to previous menu

2.  Manage Pre-Recorded Messages

The currently selected greeting is ………

1.      To listen to the selected greeting

2.      Re-record the selected greeting

3.      Select another greeting

9.      Return to previous menu

3.  Review or Change Main Greeting

1.      To listen to your main greeting

2.      To Re-record you main greeting

9.      To return to previous menu

4.      Report Options   

1.      To hear the date when account was created

2.      To hear the date when account was recorded

3.      To hear the date when account was first accessed

4.      To hear the date when account was last accesses

9.      To return to previous menu

9.      Exit Mailbox
