 2.      Private local phone number with each Voice Mailbox provides direct access to your voice mail by dialing just 7 digits.  Local phone number can be used in advertising for direct connection to your listing agent.

 3.      We can connect callers live, right from their Voice Mail to your cell phone or any phone.  It will give callers an option to leave a message in Voice Mail or connect live, after screening your call.  Take only priority calls and let the others return to voice mail. 

4.      Immediate alerts to pager or cell phone (or both).  We repeat the alert up to 3 times in 15 or 20-minute increments to insure that the agent gets the message.  Once the message is retrieved, alert stops.

 5.      We can deliver complete voice mail messages to cell phones, so agent doesn’t have to call back after being notified of a message.  Most cell phone services offer first incoming minute free.

 6.      We store saved messages or un-played messages up to 30 days for convenient recall.  Callers can leave up to 2-minute messages.

 7.      Multiple greetings allow you to customize a morning greeting, afternoon greeting and an after hours greeting.  Greetings automatically change with the clock, according to your schedule.

 8.      Professionally recorded greetings can add a positive image.  A professional greeting can sound like a secretary or assistant and promise to locate the party for a prompt return call.

 9.      Many special features such as the ability to transfer calls between mailboxes, with added comments, make our Voice Mail perform like a personal assistant.

 10.  The cost for our basic Property Management Mailbox is just $10.00 a month.  Some advanced features are only included in the Enhanced Voice Mail ($20.00) or the “Invisible Receptionist” ($37.50), but all features for full functionality are included in Basic Service.
